Beta terms

Effective July 12, 2026. These provisional terms need counsel review before paid enrollment or a general public launch.

Experimental service

BeamSheet is pre-release software provided for evaluation. Features, compatibility, availability, pricing, and file formats may change. Keep independent backups and verify all outputs.

No safety or engineering service

BeamSheet does not provide structural engineering, rigging-load calculations, electrical engineering, life-safety review, or professional production approval. Symbols and rigging objects are documentation graphics only.

Fixture and export verification

Fixture modes, footprints, manufacturer-oriented planning entries, and console/CAD exports may be incomplete or experimental. Import exchange files into a disposable target project and confirm every channel, address, footprint, mode, position, scale, and rotation before production use.

Your files and rights

You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for having permission to use venue plans, fixture data, images, and other files. You are responsible for saving and backing up local project files.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, distribute malware, infringe rights, or use the beta for unlawful activity.
