Privacy notice

Effective July 16, 2026. This notice describes the current BeamSheet private beta. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a general public launch.

Local project data

The current editor stores working project data in your browser and in files you choose to download. BeamSheet does not currently upload your plot, underlay, fixture list, or project file to a BeamSheet database. Your browser, device, synchronized folder provider, and backup choices control those copies.

Information we may receive

If you contact us, request beta access, or join a paid plan, we may receive your name, email address, correspondence, subscription status, and support information. Hosting providers may retain standard security and access logs. A payment processor may handle payment details; BeamSheet should not receive full card numbers.

Website analytics

BeamSheet uses Google Analytics to understand visits and product usage. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, referring pages, and interactions with the site. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide this service. BeamSheet does not send your plot, underlay, fixture list, or project-file contents to Google Analytics. You can limit analytics through your browser settings or compatible browser tools.

Your choices

You may clear browser data, delete downloaded project files, or ask us to delete contact and account information we control. Clearing browser storage can permanently remove an unsaved local project, so download a project backup first.

Beta restrictions

Do not submit sensitive personal information, student records, information about minors, payment-card data, secrets, or files you do not have permission to use.
